Welcome to Embody Healthy!

Helping people find what “healthy” feels like to them, and providing the guidance and strategies so that they can truly embody health.

The health of our mind, body and spirit should be our highest priority, as it enables us to fully embody and experience this gift of life. Health is a multifaceted and integrated experience of multiple elements including movement, nutrition, thoughts, experiences, resilience, sleep patterns, stress management, relationships, etc. Creating a healthy and preventative lifestyle must take all of these elements into consideration as each plays an integral role in overall health.

Do you desire to truly feel (and be) ‘healthy’, but you aren’t sure where to start?
Are you looking to get more fit, resilient and prevent dis-ease?

My name is Emily Hill, and I have spent the past 20 years learning, self-experimenting, and helping others find their ‘healthy’. We are so incredibly unique on every level. We must approach our quest for enduring health with that in mind. My specialty is coming up with strategies and solutions for your unique situation and goals.
