Emily Hill is a well-rounded natural health professional. Emily believes that the health of our mind, body and spirit should be our highest priority, as it enables us to fully embody and experience this gift of life. Health is a multifaceted and integrated experience of multiple elements including movement, nutrition, thoughts, experiences, resilience, sleep patterns, stress management, relationships, etc. Creating a healthy and preventative lifestyle must take all of these elements into consideration as each plays an integral role in overall health.
Emily is a naturopath and a board-certified Health and Fitness Professional through the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners. She has worked in preventative and wellness-based settings for over 15 years. During that time, she earned a Certification in Nutritional Counseling, a Personal Training Certification through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX, obtained a Massage Therapy License, completed Yoga Teacher Training, earning her 300-hour certification, earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, earned a Certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner.
