Emily has literally been the biggest blessing to my life and health journey! I can’t say enough amazing things about her and the time I’ve had working out with her and growing in my health/fitness journey! The confidence I’ve gained through the time working together is everything! I would consider myself a beginner in the gym and through the time I’ve been working with Emily feel so much more confident and competent now! She’s so patient and really does push me to do more than I would’ve ever pushed myself- literally THE BEST!

Emily it’s truly a blessing that I have a person like you who understands my body needs. Your workout schedules have really helped me with my foot and ankle injury and helped me get balance on my feet. I have seen gradual changes in my body with the stretching exercises that you outlined for me. I very well appreciate all the time and efforts you put on me. Emily was the reason I started this new lifestyle that I have been postponing for years. She is caring, knowledgeable and works with your fitness level. She has a pleasant personality that makes you feel like you are training with a friend. She has knowledge in a lot of different areas including physical health, mental health, nutrition, massage therapy, you name it– she knows it! She is the best!
